Государство, включающее Гренаду, Мартинику, Карриаку, Петит и другие острова, развивает отрасль туристического строительства. Вложения в недвижимость, одобренную властями, позволяют участникам и инвесторам легализоваться в стране, пользуясь всеми ее возможностями наравне с местным населением. В стране действуют семейные предложения, в рамках которых супругам и несовершеннолетним детям основного заявителя предлагается гражданство на льготных условиях.Преимущества Гренады как юрисдикции:
двойное гражданство разрешено в этой юрисдикции – нет необходимости отказываться от первого, чтобы получить второй паспорт Гренады;процедура получения гражданства связана с соблюдением минимальных требований – нет необходимости подтверждать знания языка, образование, опыт, квалификацию, а также пребывать в юрисдикции фиксированный период времени;чтобы получить паспорт в рамках спецпрограмм, не нужно приезжать на остров ? проверки и одобрения осуществляются дистанционно;сравнительно недорогая процедура получения;конфиденциальность процесса подачи и рассмотрения документов;паспорт государства открывает беспрепятственных доступ (не нужна виза) в более чем 140 государств, в том числе европейских;здесь нет налогов на богатство/доходы и наследство – юрисдикция создает комфортные условия для привлечения иностранных инвестиций;страна является членом Содружества, что автоматически добавляет к преимуществам, которые представляет юрисдикция, еще преимущества, которые существуют в рамках Содружества.Есть возможность получить визу Е-2 в США.
