Отказное письмо является информационным документом, который оформляется на продукцию, которая не подлежит сертификации и декларированию . Получение отказного письма требуется для официального подтверждения того, что на определенный товар не нужно оформление декларации и сертификата соответствия.
Чтобы узнать, как получить отказное письмо по сертификации и оформить отказное письмо на продукцию нужно оформить заявку на сайте. После этого вам будет выслан счет и договор. После оплаты вам высылается макет для уточнения данных. После утверждения макета вам направляется сканированная копия отказного письма. Бумажные экземпляры документов на отказное письмо по сертификации выдаются в офисе по адресу либо почтой России, доставка входит в стоимость оформления. Иногда может потребоваться описание продукции (включая фотографии изделия и область применения), чтобы корректно идентифицировать продукт и определить коды.
При составлении отказного письма нужно обязательно указывать наименования продукции полностью, указывая конкретные товары и их состав. Нельзя использовать общие наименования товаров. Составляя отказное письмо на товар или продукцию необходимо опираться на существующие правила сертификации, где главной задачей является правильная идентификация продукции.
Наименование товара в отказном письме должно совпадать с информацией, указанной на ярлыке и упаковке товара. Необходимо избегать разногласий, чтобы избежать недоразумений при возможных проверках со стороны Роспотребнадзора. При онлайн-торговле следует придерживаться тех же рекомендаций. При заполнении карточки товара на вашем сайте или на сайте маркетплейса вводите те же наименования продукции, которые были указаны в отказном письме.
Оформление отказного письма может быть оформлено юридическими лицами, индивидуальными предпринимателями и самозанятыми гражданами, зарегистрированными в Российской Федерации.
Заказать получение отказного письма также могут производители продукции, импортеры или торговые организации. Зарубежные компании без зарегистрированного филиала в России и физические лица не могут оформлять документы из-за отсутствия основного государственного регистрационного номера (ОГРН). Те же ограничения действуют и при оформлении деклараций о соответствии и сертификатов на продукцию.
