В Екатеринбурге следователи предъявили обвинение пиарщику Ярославу Ширшикову в призывах к терроризму. Об этом E1.ru сообщил адвокат Федор Акчермышев.
По его словам, Ширшикову вменяется совершение преступления, предусмотренного статьей 205.2 УК РФ («Публичные призывы к осуществлению террористической деятельности»). Обвинение связано с публикацией в соцсетях мнения Ширшикова относительно гибели в результате теракта военного корреспондента Владлена Татарского.
Адвокат указал, что его подзащитный не отрицает сам факт публикации, однако заявляет, что никогда не оправдывал и не поддерживал терроризм в любой его форме. Ширшикова допросили в качестве обвиняемого, пока он задержан на 48 часов. Будет ли следствие ходатайствовать об избрании ему меры пресечения, защитник пока не знает.
Ранее 18 апреля сообщалось о задержании Ширшикова. У него провели обыски. Пиарщик знаком с журналистом The Wall Street Journal Эваном Гершковичем, он сопровождал его в Екатеринбурге и рассказал, что обсуждал с тем общественно-политическую жизнь города и отношение местных жителей к предпринимателю Евгению Пригожину.
