UETDS Nedir?
UETDS (https://sites.google.com/view/uetds-nedir/) Sistemi, ulaştırma sektöründeki gerçek ve tüzel kişilerin faaliyet verilerini saklayan, Bakanlık tarafından belirlenen bilgileri tutan ve gerektiğinde kamu kurumlarıyla paylaşım yapabilen bir sistemdir. Uetds-Sistemi.com ise A1, A2, B2, D2 veya K1, K3, C2, C3 yetki belgesi sahiplerinin Ulaştırma Bakanlığı'na veri iletmelerini hızlı ve ücretsiz bir şekilde gerçekleştiren bir modüldür.
UETDS Ne Zaman Başlayacak?
UETDS ne zaman başlayacak?, U-ETDS'nin (Ulaştırma Elektronik Takip ve Denetim Sistemi) yük bildirimleri zorunluluğu, son değişiklikle 1 Ocak 2024 tarihinden itibaren başlayacak. Sistem, 2019'dan beri aktif olarak kullanılmaktadır.
UETDS Ertelendi mi?
UETDS ertelendi mi? UETDS, Karayolları taşımacılığında eşya/tehlikeli madde yük bildirimleri için Ocak 2024'te başlamıştır. Tehlikeli madde ve normal yük taşıyan firmalar, bu tarihten itibaren UETDS bildirimleri yapmak zorundadır. Yolcu taşımacılığı için UETDS'ye bilgi gönderme zorunluluğu ise 30.06.2019 tarihinde başlamıştır. Başlangıçta 1.1.2023 tarihine planlanan UETDS sistemine veri girişi zorunluluğu, Karayolu Taşıma Yönetmeliği'nde yapılan değişiklikle ertelenmiştir.
UETDS Cezası Nedir?
UETDS cezası nedir? U-ETDS Yük Bildirimi yapmamak cezai yaptırıma sebep olur. Yanlış bilgi verme veya eksik bildirimde 5 uyarı puanı, hiç bildirimde ise 10 uyarı puanı verilir. Yetki belgesi vize tarihinde uyarı puanları dikkate alınarak kontrol edilir. Uyarı puanları sıfırlanmadan vize verilmez. Düzenli bildirim yapanların her 3 ayda bir 20 uyarı puanı silinir.

UETDS Sisteminin Avantajları ve Faydaları: UETDS (Ulusal Elektronik Taşımacılık Belgeleme Sistemi), Türkiye'deki taşımacılık sektörünü düzenleyen bir sistemdir. Sürücülerin çalışma saatlerini takip ederek yorgunluk kaynaklı trafik kazalarını önlüyor ve araç bakımını sağlıyor. Elektronik ortamda taşıma faaliyetlerini izleme ve denetleme imkanı sunarak denetim kolaylığı sağlıyor. Hızlı işlemler, güvenilir belgeleme, trafik kurallarına uygunluk kontrolü, raporlama ve analiz imkanları ile sektöre katkıda bulunuyor. İşbirliği ve koordinasyonu güçlendirirken çevresel etkileri azaltarak sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerini destekler.
