A 13-year-old boy who killed another teen with a baseball bat after a Pony League game was ordered Thursday to a youth detention center until he turns 25.But Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Richard Naranjo added that the teen could be paroled early if California Youth Authority officials decide it is appropriate.The boy, whose name was not released because he is a minor, was found guilty of second-degree murder earlier this month in a case heard in Lancaster Juvenile Court in northern Los Angeles County.The victim, 15-year-old Jeremy Rourke, was struck on the knee and again on the head after an April 12 baseball game.
