Fix Outlook.com email sync issues.
Look through your Junk Email folder. Delete all of the emails in your inbox.
Examine the filtering and sorting options in your mailbox.
Look under the Other tab...
Blocked and Safe senders should be checked in your sender lists.
Check to see if your email rules have been updated.
Examine your alternatives for email forwarding.
Examine your account to check whether it has been suspended.
