owala flasche as usual, following overnight delays caused by damage to the track.On Sunday night, passengers travelling from Folkstone in the UK to Calais faced delays of up to eight hours, while there were also disruptions to Eurostar services between London and The continent.According to Eurotunnel, this was due to a broken railinside the Channel Tunnel, which meant trains travelling in both directions had to share one track while the other was repaired.Extra trains were running from the UK yesterdayto reduce the waiting time, as a heavy queue of traffic built up at the UK side of the tunnel. The mend has been successful, however, and services are now running as usual. Last night, Eurostar tweeted that it expects services to run as usual, but advised passengers to check its website for details. The company also said compensation would be available for those who were delayed by more than an hour.All trains have now arrived safely.
