Hamilton Public Health officials have confirmed one case of COVID-19 at a Stoney Creek nursing home.The city said in a news release the case involves an 80-year-old female resident at Heritage Green Nursing Home.The resident received treatment at St. Josephs Healthcare Hamilton on March 16. She began displaying symptoms at St. Josephs, and was moved to isolation where she remains as of March 18.
