The recall was initiated after it was discovered that the soy-containing product was distributed in packaging that did not explicitly reveal the presence of soy.  The state of Florida is hosting three hemp rulemaking workshops this month.The announcement comes as Governor DeSantis is expected to sign the state hemp legislation soon.Commissioner Nikki Fried says the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is hosting the workshops to create a space for the public to ask questions and provide valuable input into the hemp rulemaking process, as this exciting new industry starts up in Florida.The three workshops will be held in Ft. Lauderdale, Ta stanley flask mpa and Tallahassee.
